How to Add Backgrounds & Foregrounds in PDFs

In this comprehensive tutorial, we explore how to enhance PDFs by adding backgrounds and overlaying foregrounds using IronPDF. The process begins with the installation of IronPDF via the NuGet package manager. After setting up the license key in the Program.cs file, we create an instance of ChromePdfRenderer to render HTML content into a PDF.
