Class FileAttachmentCollection
Inheritance
Namespace: PdfToSvg
Assembly: IronPdf.dll
Syntax
public class FileAttachmentCollection : ReadOnlyCollection<FileAttachment>
Accessing every file embedded in a PDF-to-SVG conversion result is straightforward through FileAttachmentCollection, a read-only, ordered snapshot of all FileAttachment records extracted during the conversion process. Because it extends ReadOnlyCollection<FileAttachment>, the full range of LINQ queries, foreach iteration, and index-based lookup available on any .NET read-only collection works without additional setup.
The collection surfaces attachments exactly as they appear in the source PDF, preserving order and metadata. Each FileAttachment entry carries the details needed to identify, inspect, or save the embedded asset downstream. The read-only contract means the collection cannot be modified after extraction, which keeps conversion results stable and thread-safe when the same result is consumed by multiple parts of an application.
FileAttachmentCollection appears as a property on the object returned by the PDF-to-SVG conversion pipeline in IronPDF. Iterating it is the standard way to enumerate embedded files before writing them to disk, passing them to another service, or filtering by file type. Because the collection implements IEnumerable<FileAttachment>, it composes naturally with Where, Select, and Count from System.Linq.
