This uncommon exception is typically encountered by users attempting to run IronPDF on IIS.

Possible Cause

This runtime error indicates that the machine where IronPDF is being executed might be missing the Visual C++ redistributable.

Solution

To resolve this issue, install Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio on your machine.

Please note

For x64 machines, both the x86 and x64 versions of the Visual C++ redistributable are required. Ensure that both are installed.
