Getting the Best Support for IronPDF
Thank you for taking the time to get IronPDF working properly. We have a dedicated team of engineers who continually work to improve IronPDF with new releases. Updates are often being published 1 or more times a month.
To help us help you we need to categorize the issue you are having into one of the following types:
Exceptions and Bugs
If you have a report fatal error with IronPDF that stops you using our code we want to know!
The clearer the bug report, the faster it will be resolved. Please report it by following instructions on Exceptions & Bug Reporting Page to isolate the issue and dump the log files we need to help you.
If your issue is in the following list of hot issues - a solution may already be available:
Exception: "IronPDF Unable to Render PDF".
Deployment Issues
If your solution works locally but fails when deployed to another machine, we would love to improve our support of that platform and appreciate you making a bug report with log files from the machines where the issue occurs.
There may also be a knowledge-base guide for setting up this software on your platform such as Amazon AWS, Azure, Docker, MacOS & Linux
If your issue is in the following list of hot issues - a solution may already be available:
- System.Exception: Error while deploying Chrome dependencies. Please install Visual C++ Runtimes
- System.Exception:_ Can not Initialize IronPDF, Pdfium or IronInterop_ is also caused because Visual C++ Runtime is not installed by default on Windows.
HTML to PDF Rendering
We have a detailed tutorial on HTML to PDF rendering techniques which we recommend to all users. A unique advantage of IronPDF is that we use a modern Chrome browser engine to render HTML to PDF, and the behavior can be easily reproduced on a web-designers computer so that they can get you Chrome optimized HTM, CSS and Javascript.
If IronPDF is running slowly, we also have a performance recommendations article which has helped thousands of users before you. We also have a guide about speeding up start-up time.
Licensing
Our most common questions are about licensing:
- How to get licensed for IronPDF and which license apply to your use case.
- How to apply a license key for commercial deployment is also a very common article.
If these do not apply or assist in resolving this issue, and you would like to request assistance from one of our highly trained engineers, please follow this guide to produce the swiftest resolution.
